01Who we are

Boston Global IT, LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, providing software engineering, applied AI, and cloud consulting services. References to the Site include its pages, content, and features made available at bostonglobalit.com.

02Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
• introduce malware or any other malicious or harmful code;
• scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users, or use automated means to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
• use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

03Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and the "Boston Global IT" name and marks — are owned by Boston Global IT, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to our trademarks or branding.

04Content and submissions

Any information you submit through the Site — for example, through our contact form — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential information through the Site's contact form; confidential exchanges should occur under an executed agreement (see Section 7).

05Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, a scheduling or booking tool) that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

06Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party product names, logos, brands, and trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated.

07No client engagement created; engagement terms

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and describes services we may offer. Nothing on the Site — and no submission of the contact form — creates a client relationship, a binding proposal, or any obligation on our part to provide services. All client engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed services agreement, statement of work, and applicable service-level terms between you and Boston Global IT, LLC — not by the Site or these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the executed engagement agreement controls as to that engagement.

08No professional advice

Information published on the Site (including insights, articles, and guides) is general in nature and does not constitute technical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice for your specific circumstances. You should obtain advice appropriate to your situation before acting on any information found on the Site.

09Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOSTON GLOBAL IT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.

10Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOSTON GLOBAL IT, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. It applies to use of the Site only; liability arising under an executed client engagement is governed by that engagement's own terms.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boston Global IT, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.

12Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boston Global IT, LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
